She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Elder and Nancy Elder (Patterson); and her pet Mary. She is survived by : her daughter Amanda Hall-Peacock (Tyler); her siblings, Cindy Whitaker (Ed), Lori Hayman (Alan) and Scott Elder (Lise); and her nieces and nephews, Amber, Brandon, Brittany, Carissa and Darrah.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Kelley's memory to Romero House or a charity of the donor's choice.
