He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Defazio; his daughters, Shari McNally (Martin) and Heather Defazio (Rob Francis); his grandchildren, Dr. Jillian McNally, Ryan McNally (Anne), Emily McNeill, Kate McNeill, Isaac Francis and Rachel Francis; his siblings, Gary Defazio, Shirley Lester, Laura Michaud (Claude), Linda King and Madeline Boudreau (Michael); his niece Tammy Doucette; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alicia Cyr (Justin) and Jamie Thomas; Daxton, Lincon and Baylee. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fundy Home Home (Fundy Chapel) (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3). A reception was held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Latimore Lake Community Centre, Latimore Lake Rd Email (580 Main Street, Suite B210, Saint John, NB E2K1J5).
