He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kincade and May Kincade (Humphrey); and his sisters, May Munroe (Bob), Barbara Bloom (Peter) and Doreen Dalling (Teddy).
He is survived by: his children, Karla Kincade, Kendra Kincade (Corey Ness) and David Kincade. He is also survived by his four grandchildren and his three great-grandchildren.
