He was predeceased by: his parents, Mario Tanfara and Antula Tanfara (Baraka). He is survived by: his children, Marc Tanfara (Suzanne Pye) and Kandace Tanfara; his grandchildren, Brooke Tanfara, Nathan Tanfara and Isabel Tanfara; and his siblings, Olga Govic (Joseph) of New York and Ante Tanfara (Lydia) of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
