He was predeceased by: his parent Gordon Halpin; and his parent-in-law Bill. He is survived by: his parent Joan Halpin (Young); his close friend Martha; his children, Michael Halpin (Angela) of Sussex, Steve Halpin (Chelsey) of Rothesay, Brittany Kitchen (Jeff) of Rothesay and Rachel Halpin (Gerard) of Edmonton; his siblings, Robert Hodgson, Peter Halpin (Amy) of Quispamsis, Robbie Halpin (Laura) of Saint John, Jacqueline Halpin of Vancouver and Angela Haggerty of Saint John; and his grandson Clark Kitchen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
