She was predeceased by: her grandfather Gene Blando; her parents, Raphaela Riego and Gregorio Riego; her brother Wilfredo; her daughter Rosalind Neufeld (Gene Blando); and her nephew Gregorio Riego.

She is survived by: her daughter Lugene Blando; her sons-in-law, Jeff Morgan and Tyler Neufeld; her grandchildren, Ava (Timo Busch), Thomas Morgan, Sebastian, Gabriel and Cecelia Neufeld; her nieces and nephews, Nick, Madelyn, Rose, Melvin, Wilf, Marissa and Lourdes; her sister-in-law Leila Custudio; and her close friend Cora Mangubat.

Memorial donations may be made to the Palliative Care unit at Dr. Everett Chalmers hospital through the Chalmers Foundation.
