Madelyn Williams Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madelyn Williams of Saint John, New Brunswick, who passed away on August 21, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband David S. Williams; her parents, Parnell Williams and Ellen Elizabeth Williams (Rambeau); and her siblings, Elizabeth Rose Hennick (Betty), Archie Williams and Ira Williams.
She is survived by: her sons, Christopher D. Williams (Carol Cmikiewicz) and Paul D. Williams (Denise Jamieson) of Halifax, N. S.; her grandchildren, Gabriel, Hunter (Ariana Zambrano), Imogen and Owen; her brothers, Jake Williams of Edwardsville, N. S. and Winston Williams of Saint John, N. B.; her goddaughter Ellen Murphy; and her sister Agnes Ann Rudderham. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
She was genuinely annoyed at her diminished ability to sing that came with a diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease in her 80s.
