He is survived by: his grandchildren, John Stoney and Liane Jordan; his wife Joan (Ring); his daughter Margo Stoney; his grandchildren, Mark Jordan (Lisa) and Julia Carlson (Cory); his daughter Beth Wallace (Charlie); his grandson Malcolm Wallace (Chelsea); his son Rob Stoney (Kelly); his granddaughter Helen Stoney; his brothers, John and Bill Parris (Irene); his brother-in-law Bobby Ring (Betty); his nephews, Bobby and Geodie Ring; and his niece Lisa Ring-Dineen. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Society or the Canadian Red Cross Society in support of COVID-19 relief efforts, would be appreciated.
