She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Mills and Ethel Mills (Kay). She is survived by : her brothers, Laurie (Margaret), Donald (Verna) and Robert (Audrey).
In her final years, Peggy endured a heartbreaking journey as Alzheimer's disease robbed her of her vibrancy and freedom, both physical and mental, deeply saddening al who knew and loved her.
