With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Evelyn Tufts of Saint John, New Brunswick, who passed away on January 26, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John G. Bosfet and Margaret Bosfet (Robinson); her husband Norman M. Tufts; her siblings, Vivian, Alfred, Ronnie and Jimmy; her grandson Cole Ferguson; and her great grandchild Damien Knorr.
She is survived by: her children, Judy MacDonald (Bill) of Dartmouth, NS, Bruce Tufts (Donna), Nancy Splane (Dan) and Barbara Ferguson (Geoff); her grandchildren, Lindsay (Nick), Brent (Lori), AB, Natalie (Tyler), Jennifer Knorr (Chris), Jeremy Splane (Jennifer), Jeffrey Tufts (Lyndsay), Meghan Tufts, Tyler Ferguson (Melanie) and Mitchell Ferguson (Merina); her great grandchildren, Easton, Taylor, Cohen, Lauren, Jack, Emma and Owen; and her sister Hilda McDonald (Bill) of New River Beach. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Evelyn's memory can be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
