She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles O'Brien and Mary O'Brien (McLaughlin); and her brothers, Donald and David. She is survived by: her husband Marven; her children, Monica Long (Steven), Lori Ann Little and Jeffrey (Kim); her sisters, Anne McCutcheon, Christine Hazelwood (Norman) and Bonnie Wood (Gerald); and her grandchildren, Zachary (Chelsea), Kylie, Maggie, Lucas, Molly and Kaitlin.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fundy Home Home (Fundy Chapel) (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mission Point Church.
