He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Defazio and Pauline Defazio (Armstrong); and his brothers, Wayne, Steve and Joseph.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Defazio; his children, Joey Defazio (Angela) and Tina Raiche (Lloyd); his grandchildren, Monika, Marcus, Eljay (McKenzie), Emily (Kody) and Cole; and his great grandchildren, Arya and Everly. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
