He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Magee and Mary Magee (Wilbur); and his brother Harold Magee (Linda). He is survived by: his wife Carol Mike (Frazee); his children, Bob Magee (Heather) and Brenda Clayton (Rick); his grandchildren, Colleen Boyd (Colin), Christopher Templeton (Sara), Justin Burke (Julia), Melissa Magee and Ryan Burke (Alicia); his great grandchildren, Harlyn, Wrenley, Harrison, Maverick, Lyrik, Ryah and Kryee; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Magee and David Frazee; and his cousin Eleanor Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fundy Funeral Home (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fundy Chapel (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3). A burial was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at the Fernhill Cemetery (200 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2E7).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital, Forest Hills Baptist Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
