He was predeceased by: his parents, Judge Thomas Bell and Patricia Bell (Blayney). He is survived by: his siblings, James of Saint John, Andrew Bell of Saint John and Melanie Bell Hughes (John) of Rothesay; and his godson Thomas Walton of Quispamsis.
