He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Bagley and Loleen Bagley (Wilson); and his sisters, Janet Noddin (Marvin), Rosalie Harvey (Leamon) and Audrey Ingersoll (Larry).

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bagley (Harris); his children, Dianne Banks (Stanley), Robert Bagley (Brenda), Marilyn Cann (Stephen) and Peter Bagley (Patty); and his friend Steve Bradley. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; as well as cousins, nieces and nephews.
