He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Bailey and Francis Bailey (Levine); his wife Rita Bailey (Earle); his daughter Karen Bailey; his siblings, Selmer, Edward, Douglas Bailey, Marian Morton and Ivy Comeau; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Earle, Bessy Jacquard and Francis Earle.
He is survived by : his children, David (JoAnn), Brian (Carol), Michael Bailey and Kimberley Jenkins (Dennis); his sister Hazel Roy (John); and his brother-in-law Curtis Earle. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
