It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Walter Burns (Saint John, New Brunswick), who passed away on December 6, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Loretta Mary Burns (Shannon); and his wife Dorothy Burns (Hart). He is survived by: his children, Norman Burns (Jeanne), Wendy Burns Murphy (James) and Marla Barton (Jason); his grandchildren, Jeremy Barton (Sam Howard), Tyler Barton (Raylene Rice), Matthew Burns (Candice Gallant), Katlyn Burns (Luke Arseneault), Shamus, Connor and Rylie Murphy; his great grandchildren, Liam and Caroline Barton; his siblings, Joseph Burns (Barb), William Burns, James Burns (Judy), Kenny Burns (Sherree), Joan Bastarache (Bill), Betty Lanigan, Peggy Matheson (Bob), Tina Matheson (Donnie), Connie Janes (Art), Pat Burns, Fred Burns, Mike Burns, Susie Mason and Casey Shea; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Lanigan and Danny Hooper. He is also survived by his kids, grandkids, nieces and nephews.
