He is survived by: his wife Ingrid Ostergaard; his children, Berit (Mike Kueppers), Kirsten Jones, Esther (Robert Noble), Heidi (Michael Losier) and Stein (Lynda Hartmann); his grandchildren, Brent, Simon, Lee, Nick, Jordan, Kirsten, Alexandra, Mitchell and Zackery; his great grandchildren, Samuel, Noah, Ari, Beatrix, Charlotte, Jack, Ellie and Isla; and also Dr. Ginnette Griffin.
