The family announces the passing of Paula Rose Valpy (Saint John, New Brunswick) on July 25, 2026. She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Harold and Florence Annie Galbraith (Keirstead); her husband Charles Dumaresq Valpy; and her siblings, Jack, Robert "Bob", Ronald "Ron", Stewart, Moria Reed and Sandra Fox.
She is survived by: her children, Burton and Cheryl. She is also survived by one sister-in-law, many nieces and nephews, as well as great and great-great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Portland United Church (50 Newport Crescent, Saint John, NB E2K1Y5). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:45 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations in Paula's memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of the donor's choice.
