He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" and Doris. He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his daughter Terri Welsh (Rick Everson) of Courtenay, BC; his son-in-law Jayson Welsh of Courtenay, BC; and his brother-in-law Ken Oulton (Paulina) of Rothesay.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Saint John Art Center (20 Peel Plaza, Saint John, NB E2L3G6).
In Peter's memory, donations would be appreciated made to the Saint John Arts Centre – a place he loved to visit and support.
