He is survived by: his children, Jason Land (Manda) of Saint John, Jocelyn Land (Travis) of Moncton and Jeffery Land (Stephanie) of Saint John; his grandchildren, Cody Land, Tori Price, Keiffer Land, Aviendha Land, Khaileb Land, Abby Day, Jace Land and Pepper Land; his great grandchildren, Cecilia Land, Jessica Haines, Zayn Land and Madison Haines; his sisters, Mary Chambers (Betts) of Sussex and Kimberley Long (Mark) of Titusville; and his close friend Brian Tracy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM at the Castle "fallsview" Chapel (309 Lancaster Ave, Saint John, NB E2M2L3). A reception was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 2:15 PM to 3:45 PM at the Castle Fallsview Funeral Home (309 Lancaster Ave, Saint John, NB E2M2L3).
