He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joanne Hartford (Magee); his children, Meagan Flowers (Justin), Doug Hartford (Emily) and Alicia Denyer (Tom); his grandchildren, Nathan, Jack, Owen, Reagan, Rylee, Ellis and Roslyn; his mother Jean Hartford; his sisters, Brenda Amos and Darla Hartford (Gary); his sister-in-law Debbie Gregory (Ron); his father Doug Hartford; his grandparents, Philip and Alice Doten; his parent-in-law Doris; and his brother-in-law George Amos. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and many great friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Phil's memory to the Luxor Shriners, Charlotte County Cancer Society or a charity of one's choice.
