She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" Donkin; her parents, Harold Maher and Madeline Maher (Comeau); her siblings, June Dobson (Jimmy), Harold Maher (Jenny), Bert Maher (Helen) and Harry Comeau; and her son Michael Grbac (Fran).

She is survived by: her children, Gary Maher (Debbie), Tammy Hogan (Kevin), John Donkin (Lynda), Philip Donkin (Shelly), Suzanne Donkin and Jeffrey Donkin; her siblings, Gloria Baird and Bobby Maher; and her grandchildren, Kris Maher, Kyle Maher, Philip Maher, Brittany Grbac, Shannon Grbac, Jade Hogan, Amber Hogan, Kayla Denton, Mandy Denton, Johnnie Denton, Brandyn Donkin, Collin Donkin and Karissa Donkin.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the Funeral Liturgy will be held from the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday at 1:00pm by invitation.
