He was predeceased by: his parents, Adelard Maillet and Marie Maillet (Doucet); his stepmother Mina; his daughter Ruth Amy; and his siblings, Andrew, Albany, Sam, Steve, Armand, Gerard and Laura.
He is survived by: his wife Donna (Govier); his daughter Monica; his grandson Max; and his sister Alma. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
