He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Shipley and Rosalie Shipley (Frenette); his daughter Debbie Hickey; and his sisters-in-law, Adrian and Marie Shipley.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Marie Shipley (Seymour); his children, Sheena MacDonald, Howie MacDonald of Kitchener, ON and Micheal Shipley of Kitchener, ON; his father-in-law Clifford Seymor of Glace Bay; his grandchildren, Austyn and Stevie Lynn; his siblings, Janice Dugay (Len), Tommy (Nancy), Peter (Carol), Micheal (Sheryl), Pat (Theresa) and David (Jen); his sisters-in-law, Arlene Dunwoody and Patricia Fitzgerald; Dennis Norris. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews, co-workers, clients and friends.
