She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Roberts and Helen Roberts (Mcintosh); her former husband Norbert Hebert; her husband David Perry; and her son Michael Hebert.

She is survived by: her son Jody Hebert (Debi); her daughter-in-law Marilyn Hebert; her brother Edwin 'Teddy Roberts (Dale); and her grandchildren, Taylor, Bryce, Matthieu and Mia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
