He is survived by: his significant other Kim Killam Brown; his son Andrew Barnes of Saint John, NB; his stepchildren, Katy Brown (Justin) and Colton Brown; his grandchildren, Ava and Ben; and his parents-in-law, Hal Killam and Carolyn Killam of Saint John, NB..

Due to the ongoing pandemic, services will be held at a later date, with a Celebration of Life being held this summer.
