He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Garland and Marion Garland (Bishop); his wife Florence Marie Garland (Leblanc); his son Wayne "Beaver" Garland; and his siblings, Doug, Kenny, Harold, Norma, Betty and Barb.
He is survived by: his children, Brian (Sue), Terry (Doris), Gerard, Debra (Steve), Brenda (Brent) and Linda (Levi); his daughter-in-law Lori; and his sister Audrey. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
