He was predeceased by : his parents, Isaac Levine and Lily Levine (Silverman). He is survived by : his wife Sandra (Chisholm); his children, Candace Davis (Nathan), Tammy Earle (Matthew) and Darren Levine (Julie); and his grandchildren, Ryan, Shayna, Ethan, Courtney, Eliana and Jadon.
