She was predeceased by : her husband William Ingersoll; her parents, Joe Downey and Iva Downey (Briggs); and her siblings, Gary Downey and Judy Rimmer.

She is survived by : her children, Billy, Tammy Bizeau (John), Cindy Sanford (Darren) and Kelly Ingersoll; her sisters, Patty Palmer, Dianne Garland and Colleen Savoie (Raymond); her sister-in-law Bev Downey; and her grandchildren, Matthew (Caroline), Joseph (Tyler), Shane (Amanda), Kayla (John), Emily, Katelyn, Cody (Lindsay), Chelsie and Tanner. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Rd. Due to the current pandemic, services for Rosalie will be held at a later date.

Donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of one's choice.
