He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Tucker and Annabelle Tucker; his siblings, Emma Gillespie of Renous, William Tucker of New Jersey and Burton Tucker of Saint John; his niece Sheila Dunnigan of Ottawa; and his father-in-law Norman Poirier of Burnt Church.

He is survived by: his girlfriend Lois Poirier; his sons, Joshua Tucker (Jennifer Evans) and Cory Hayes (Preston); his mother-in-law Eva Poirier; his siblings-in-law, Cavin Gillespie, Randy Poirier (Claudia), Robert Poirier (Bert Munn), Kenny Poirier (Carole Savoie), Darlene Tucker and Lorraine Urquhart; and his nieces and nephews, Cavin Jr., Kevin Tucker (Amanda), Martin Poirier, Jordan Munn, Riley Urquhart, Sherry Gillespie, Anita Savoie, Ariel Munn, Julie Savage and Kathy Poirier. He is also survived by grand nieces, grand nephews and cousins.
