She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Arbeau and Celia Arbeau (Lee); and her brothers, Jimmy, Burton and Lawrence.

She is survived by: her husband James Baxter; her children, Tim (Lisa), Peter and Heather (Chuck); her grandchildren, Brian, Jodi Lynn and Justin; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Colsen and Emma; and her sister Mary Lou (Roger). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
