She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Israel and Eva Mary Israel; her husband Allen Lackie; and her siblings, Roy Israel (Margie), Gerald Israel (Jean), Zelda McQuaid and May Robichaud (Stan).

She is survived by : her daughters, Christina (Jon Cunningham) and Kimberly (George Garland); her grandson Jared Garland; and her brothers, Joe (Gloria) and Charlie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
