She was predeceased by: her husband George Aloysius Cusack; her parents, Morton Kean and Sarah Kean (Garvin); her son Christopher; her sisters, Mary Russon (Edward), Patricia Peters (Walter) and Melissa Riley (Don); and her friend Shirley Butler.
She is survived by: her children, Sara (David Colwell), Dr. John Cusack (Debby) of Lafayette, Indiana, Daniel Cusack (Debbie), Angela Donahue (Jim) and Andrew Cusack (Elizabeth Horgan) of Saint John; her grandchildren, David (Kelsey), Rebecca (John), George Nicholas, Sarah (Neal), Meghan, Sara Grace, Jennifer (Kevin), Katelyn, Heather, Christine, James (Teagan), Laura, Sadie, Luke and Rose; her great grandchildren, Emmet, Imogen, Emmeline, Kaley, Cohen Daniel, Julianna, Sophia and Oliver; and her siblings-in-law, Paul Cusack (Toronto), Dr. Larry Donovan (Sussex) and Mary Cool (Cusack). She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 health measures placed on indoor gatherings, all those 12 and older attending visitation and service will be required to wear masks, show proof of vaccination and a piece of government issued ID.
Donations in memory of Sally may be made to Bobby's Hospice or the charity of the donor's choice.
