She was predeceased by: her parents, Prince Edward and Anna; her granddaughter Stacy Smith; and her siblings, William Ingersoll, June Gallant and Greta King.
She is survived by: her significant other Murray Nealy; her children, Cheryl Smith, Kevin McLaughlin (Pamela Jane) and Pamela McLaughlin; her siblings, Donald Ingersoll (Margaret) and Elizabeth O'Donnell; her half-sister Mariam Whalen; and her grandchildren, Dale Smith (Giselle Vienneau), Matthew Smith (Kaylah), Jeremy McLaughlin, Joshua McLaughlin (Andrea Donovan), Shawna Smith, Justin McLaughlin (Jennifer), Jocelyn Mills (Joshua) and Rebecca Eatmon. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fundy Home Home (Fundy Chapel) (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fundy Chapel (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3). A reception will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Fundy Reception Centre.
