Stephen Owens Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stephen Owens (Saint John, New Brunswick), who passed away on February 15, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Owens and F. Grace Owens (Dunham); his brothers-in-law, Hal Miller and Earle Mallory; and his nephew Graeme Owens.

He is survived by: his siblings, Dr. Thomas (Thea) of Calgary, AB, David (Anna) of Upham, NB, Michael (Nancy) of Rothesay, NB, Shirley Miller of Saint John, NB, Carole Beaton (Malcolm) of Nepean, ON and Jane Mallory of Sussex, NB. He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews, many great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Following cremation, and due to the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, the family will be holding a private graveside service at Fernhill Cemetery.

Donations in Stephen's memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Bobby's Hospice or to a charity of the donor's choice.
