He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Armstrong (Henderson) and Myles Armstrong; and his grandson Kehewin. He is survived by: his wife Carol Armstrong (McCartney); his children, Kevin (Ana Guerreo) of Edmonton, AB, Robert "Red" of Toronto and Jennifer of Halifax; his sister Carol Hopey (Leslie) of Saint John; his brother-in-law Jack McCartney; and his close friend Mikey. He is also survived by one niece, one nephew, cousins.
