He was predeceased by: his parents, Donovan Green and Marion Green (Ingalls); his former wife Nancy Green (Marr); his siblings, Russell Green (Peggy) and Barbara Ingersoll; and his brother-in-law Jack MacKenzie.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Green (Meijering); his daughter Kelly Mason (John); his stepdaughters, Krista Keenan (Dave) and Katrina Dobbelsteyn (Chris); his son Dana Green; his siblings, Verna Rose MacKenzie, Angela Outhouse (David) and Cyril Green; and his brothers-in-law, Eric Marr (Mary) and Eugene Ingersoll. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
