She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomson and Maud Thomson; her husband Clifford Jones; her siblings, Leigh Thomson, Stanley Thomson, Juanita Spragg, Alma Rideout and Norine Thomson; and her stepdaughter Elizabeth Spour.
She is survived by: her sister Merle MacDougall of Dipper Harbour; and her stepdaughters, Jane Sherwood of Scarborough, ON and Susan Allen of Guelph, ON. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
