He is survived by: his brother Paul Bastarache; his nephew Michael; his niece Brenda; his cousin David Laskey (Carolyn); his children, Leigh-Ann Laskey (Patrick), Gregory Hayes and Janice Henderson (Darren); his grandchildren, Michael, Patrick (Destiny), Timothy Laskey (Maggie) and Emily; and his children, William, Libby Henderson and Terry.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Our Lady of the Assumption Church (360 Dufferin Row, Saint John, NB E2M2J9). A burial will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery (1650 Manawagonish Rd, Saint John, NB E2M3Y2).
