She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Martin and Rita Martin (Gaudet); and her siblings, Henry, Armand, Calixse, Gelasse, Laudia McLaren and Lea.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Bouchard; her daughter Chantal Forgey (Steven); her siblings, Normand, Fernand (Huberte), Angela Martin (Eloie), Corinne Gallant (Fernand), Cecille Martin (Gerrard), Bernadette Gaudet and Simone Arsenault (Gilles); and her siblings-in-law, Linda Martin, Charline Martin and Bill McLaren. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Donations to the Alzheimer's Society or the Diabetes Canada would be appreciated by the family.
