She was predeceased by: her sister Lenna; and her stepson Keith. She is survived by: her husband John "Bill" Mourik; her children, Leona Johnson (Bob) and Elliott Banks; her stepdaughter Diana Carroll; her grandchildren, Jared, Janica, Jesse (Bailey) and Cole; her stepgrandchildren, Stephen and Megan; her great grandchildren, Ryder and Kinsley; her siblings, Winston Cossaboom (Mary), Gerald Cossaboom (Jennette), Stephen Cossaboom (Heather) and Joan Blair (Johnny); and her brother-in-law Hugh McNeill. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
