He was predeceased by: his parents, T. W. MacNaught "Mac" and Muriel Lockerbie (Dickson); and his brother David. He is survived by: his significant other Debbie O'Brien; his children, Crystal Lockerbie of Saint John, Tara O'Brien (Nick McCaustlin) of Saint John and Brandon Lockerbie of Saint John; his brother Glen Lockerbie of Miramichi; his niece Kelly; his nephew Michael; and his grandchildren, Zach White, Rey and Charlee McCaustlin.
