He is survived by: his mother Donna Irene Cullen (MacKay); his wife Wendy Cullen (Ruigrok); his children, Devon and Fynn Cullen; his siblings, Vernon Jr., Steven (Lucy), Cindy (Carey) and Jamie (Karen); his uncles, Elmer Venoit, Ron Cullen (Ruth) and Paul Cullen (Judy); and his friend Sheila Brigley. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
