She was predeceased by: her father John Goguen; her brothers, Phillip and Lawrence; and her granddaughter Tara. She is survived by: her children, Phillip (Glenda), John (Donna), Mark (Laurie), Patricia (Robin), Nancy (Jim) and Jody (Glenn); and her cousin Jordan Hurley. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews.
For those who wish, memorial donations in Valerie's memory to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by her family.
