He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ernest and Orion Butler (Camp); his sister G. Evelyn; and his brother-in-law Murray Ewart. He is survived by: his nieces, Monica Thompson and Beth Cullen (Murray); his great-nephews, Chris (Shelby), Johnny (Aimee), David (Danielle) and Stephen (Alyssa); and his friend Allan MacDonald.
