He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hovey and Mary Hovey (King). He is survived by: his wife Jan Hovey (May); his sons, Lawrence (Anita), Bruce (Linda) and Mark (Samantha); his siblings, Douglas and Joan (Hector); and his grandchildren, Jared, Rachel, Megan, Andrew, Amber and Ethan.
