He is survived by: his wife Gail (Garnett); his children, Darin Proctor (Sue), Ian Proctor and Tammy LeBlanc (Jeff); his grandchildren, Zachary, Abbie, Kristen, Alli, Kassie, Katelyn, Aiden, Conner and Chantel; his siblings, Stephen Proctor (Darlene), John Proctor (Susan) and Daphne Stewart (Bev); and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Garnett (Mina), Louise Jackson, Betty McMillan and Brenda Fowler (Kevin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
