Rita Allain Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Allain of Saint-Joseph-de-Kent, New Brunswick, born in Bouctouche, New Brunswick, who passed away on July 20, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Bastarache and Alice Bastarache (LeBlanc); and her siblings, Lydia, Anne-Marie, Alberte, Irma, Eveline and Ronald.

She is survived by: her husband Jean-Paul Allain; her daughters, Lise-Ann Gallant (Roland) of Grande-Digue and Angèle Allain-Carroll (Steven) of Saint-Joseph; her grandsons, René, Jacob, Alexi and Caleb; and her siblings, Corinne Jaillet (Léonard) of Saint-Joseph and Gerard (Cécile) of Saint-Joseph. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

In Rita's memory, donations may be made to the Saint-Jean Baptiste parish fund or to the Vestiaire Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche.
