She was predeceased by: her father Martino Marangoni; her former husband Hubert Leger; her husband Ron Browne; her children, Gerald, Robert, Michael and Janice Wombolt; her grandson Joshua; her siblings, Gloria Payne, Lenora White, Virginia Nelson, Danny Marangoni and Martin Marangoni; and her son-in-law Dave Lahey.
She is survived by: her mother Mary Catherine Marangoni (McMullin); her children, Donald (Monique) of Shediac, Joel (Bernice) of St-André-LeBlanc, Denise Gautreau (Jean) of Grand-Barachois, Virginia Soucy (Pierre) of Shediac, Adele (Stace) of Calgary and Alta; her grandchildren, Richard, David, Serge, Lynne, Jessica, Jaime, Jasmine, Adam, Daniel, Katherine, Seann and Doneal; and her stepchildren, Pat, Kelly, Terry, Tim, Danny and Colleen. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; by several nieces and nephews.
A burial will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Chapel of the Frenette Funeral Centre (396 Main St, Shediac, NB E4P2G1).
